Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: London (with occasion travel to Bristol)

Duration 3+ months with possible extension

Inside IR35

Job Details:

As product manager you'll be responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of one or more digital products by providing direction to a multidisciplinary delivery team.

You will create a vision for your products based on your understanding of user needs, working with the business Service Owner and key stakeholders.

You will help your team build the right things in the right order by developing and prioritising product roadmaps and backlogs. Crucially, you will balance competing stakeholder demands against what is most valuable and beneficial for CQC to deliver.

You will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders and users to ensure they are clear on the benefits of the product and that their feedback is being used to inform ongoing improvements.

Product managers work on exciting products in support of services that are relevant to every household and business in the UK.

Main responsibilities:

Essential Experience:

  • This role is required to support the roll out of a new judicial expenses system during a period of absence of the civil service business lead.
  • The risk of not proceeding is delay to roll out and consequently damaging relationships with the judiciary.
  • This individual will take forward various aspects of the roll out including: Managing defects arising in the project.
  • Supervising roll out of the system to end users and providing support to the admin team using the system.
  • Preparing a tool to transform input files from different sources into a common format.
  • The work will be governed by the project team who will monitor progress on rolling out the new system to the total number of judicial users.
  • Payroll and Pensions experience preferred
  • Financial Expertise
  • Working on the Judicial Payroll System onboarding records
  • Experience of working on new Systems
  • CCAB or equivalent Qualified
  • Systems Development

Desirable:

Experience of A-Cloud System
