One of the UK's largest facilities management firms is looking for a multi skilled engineer to cover a site in Tadworth (KT20). Candidates will need to have a qualified background in electrical work but also possess some general maintenance skills including building services. This is a varied position which could involve anything from changing lights to completing electrical installation projects and so a flexible attitude is a must.
This role is covering a prestigious corporate office and a professional manner and client relationship skills are very important. Standard working hours are 7am - 4pm. Every 4 weeks you will do a late shift of 10am - 7pm.
Shifts: 7am - 4pm, every 4th week is 10am - 7pm.
Site Based Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Up to £30,000 + 1 in 4 Call Out (£150/week) + Plenty of Overtime
Tadworth
Responsibilities:
*To provide general maintenance (PPM and Reactive) support on all buildings
*You will require a 17th Edition Certification to carry out electrical works.
*Any experience with the following is desirable: Plumbing, HVAC, Fabric Work, Building Services, etc.
*Assist in other ad hoc functions within skills level, training and experience on an as-instructed basis.
*Assist with the training of junior members of staff.
