A senior SAP CRM functional analyst is required. The main activities are:
- User and business requirements collection and analysis
- Preparation of functional analysis documents
- Support for drafting technical analysis documents
- Customizing SAP CRM
- Design of test cases
The resource must have a deep knowledge of sap-CRM data tables to provide analisys details to the technical team.
The SAP CRM in Poste is highly customized .
