Description
Service Desk Analyst is required to provide a 1st & 2nd Line Support for a global professional services company with offices in central London.
The Service Desk Analyst contract is for 6 months initially with long-term potential for extensions.
Tech & Requirements
- MS Office: 2010, 2016, (O365 is desirable)
- AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, FTP, Print Services, Security Certificates etc
- Citrix environments
- ITIL background
- ServiceNow or similar
- Professional Services/Corporate/Enterprise companies
