One of my clients based in Stockholm is currently looking for a System Responsible in combination with Solution Architect SAP to join them in May for an initial contract until end of November 2018 with high chance to extend.

Job description:
The PeopleData team is looking for a system responsible in combination with solution architect. You will work with a solution supporting the HR business processes when managers are hiring, moving or exiting people in their teams. The objective for the system is also to make personnel data accessible to managers and other processes and systems within the company. The system is as well intended to be a main component in the future solution providing access to digital services.
The solution, PeopleData, is a cloud based global HR system based on SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Central and Dell Boomi. The maintenance of the solution will most likely grow during coming years, when a rollout project will do handover of more and more countries.
We are now looking for a person being both overall responsible for the system and the team working with the solution, as well as being a solution architect of PeopleData. The role will lead the team, coordinate and lead the release activities in a maintenance situation and secure all stakeholders are involved and following the plan. The work involves communication and coordination with offshore resources, IT teams in Sweden and business teams both centrally and locally in UK and France.

Work tasks
Team lead (Both onsite and offshore) with meeting management and task delegation according to priority
Monthly reporting, budget follow up and forecasting
Maintenance plan, GDPR, MQR
Coordinate, communicate and lead the release and change request activities, from development, test to deployment
Lead the offshore resources in the configuration of Employee Central
Communicate, establish and manage contact and dependencies with other parts in company IT, Business organizations and vendors
Overall understanding of the company Employee Central design and configuration
Support the Business organization with changes or issues related to reports within Employee Central (ORD and Ad-hoc reports)

Specific competence
Experience from SuccessFactors/Employee Central
Experience of HR solutions and/or of master data initiatives
Must be a strong communicator both with IT and business people. Able to adapt language/presentation style to target audience
Experience of leading and/or working with offshore teams
Experience from coordinating and leading IT and business people
Fluent in English, both spoken & written
