Position Title: ICT Operation and Maintenance OC+SaaS Business Architecture

Responsibilities:
- Insight into the market, customer pain points and the industry SaaS business model, pricing models and trends, such as: ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.;
- Establish the business model and pricing model of the digital operation and maintenance transformation service (OC+SaaS) to improve product efficiency and enhance solution competition force;
- Design the digital operation and maintenance transformation service (OC + SaaS) contract scheme and transaction mode;
- Designing a digital operation and maintenance transformation service (OC+SaaS) price management and business control program;
- Support business negotiations on major projects to avoid business risks.
Qualifications:
- Full time bachelor degree or above, communications technology or computer related major
- Project management certification (such as PMP), Cisco certification, registered accounting, etc.
- Proficient in business process flow in ITSM/ITOM field, with large ITSM/ITOM project planning, R&D, implementation and operation management experience
- Familiar with the ETOM model
- Familiar with SaaS service business model and use case of proficient in multiple SaaS projects
- In-depth understanding of SaaS service customization business operations
- Innovative Solution Architecture Capabilities With open source tool design, development and implementation capabilities in the context of IT operation and maintenance management. The solution is
- Solution level, can dialogue with customer CIO, Director level customers, can understand and draw customers
- Ability to understand customer strategy, gain insight into market opportunities in real-time, and communicate with customer executives to tap customer needs
- Have open and inclusive thinking, and build internal and external ecological environment
- Good communication and coordination skills, have sensitivity to problems, and have strong motivation
- Target company: Service Now, Salesforce, AWS/BAT/IBM
- Fluent English, Chinese preferred
