I have a fantastic Foreign Exchange/FX/FXMM Reuters based Senior Financial Markets Business Analyst role available. This FX Reuters Senior BA in Financial Markets opportunity is in Amsterdam. The Business Analyst will be responsible for making recommendations for projects. The Business Analyst is required to have strong knowledge and experience working with FX and Payment products and is expected to support the development of our Trading and Payments platform considering the latest trends in both payments technology and global payment flows
Responsibilities
- Works alongside Global Payments Product management team to design and architect new features in FX trading and payment platforms
- Ability to design business workflows with focus on keeping the workflow simple and at the same time adhering to the regulatory and audit requirements
- Liaising with the Correspondent banks product and technology team to understand file format, delivery mechanisms and the local clearing requirements
- Facilitating design session reviews and share business domain knowledge with on-shore and off-shore development team
- Write test plans, test scripts and execute the test scenarios in test environment for validating a new feature/functionality
- Involved in End to End testing (Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office) applications in conjunction with the respective team
- Log any bugs found during testing in JIRA and communicate with development team for resolution
Requirements
- In- Depth knowledge of FX products such as Spot, Forwards, Swaps and Options
- Payments processing knowledge including Nostro reconciliation, sanction checking, AML reporting, accounting, FX Settlements and clearings
- Knowledge of FX Payments products and overall processing of FX Payment transactions
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters, 360T, FX. All platforms with respect to FX trading is needed
- Experience in building FX applications and trading applications
