Service Desk
One of my Clients based in Antwerp, Belgium for a Service Desk to Act as SPOC for the customer receiving and answering phone calls, e-mails, CMS Web and other communications, processing customers request. Producing Daily Performance reports for distribution to a senior audience. In addition, this role will be responsible for supporting local and Business applications.
* SPOC for troubleshooting laptop and desktop PC hardware
* desktop software, office suite, desk and cell phone,
* Printer problems for our customers.
