Are you an experienced and skilled Senior Desktop/Service Desk Support Officer available for an immediate to utilise your IT support skills.
Our well established and esteemed client is seeking services of skilled and enthusiastic Senior Desktop/Service Desk Support Officers to join their IT support team and assist them in looking after valuable projects.
To be considered for this position, you will need to have the following experience in:
- Providing level 1 and 2 technical support to end users.
- Desktop Support experience
- Sound knowledge of SOE principles and concepts
- Experience installing SOE images and deploying new systems and builds
- Experience assisting end users with operating system upgrade
- Strong Windows 10 Enterprise (x64) (desktop, laptop, and tablet) setup, deployment, and troubleshooting skills
- Solid experience with end user technology support
- Broad knowledge in the use of a wide range of software and hardware technologies including desktop, network, and cloud based systems
- Good understanding in ISO27000 and ITIL Foundation (V3)
- Proven effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills; good telephone manner and an ability to analyse and prioritise an issue.
