Service desk/Help desk - Dutch or German speaker fluent - 6 months rolling Budapest

Service desk/Help desk - Dutch or German language knowledge is open at our multinational client who is starting up a brand new Service Centre in Budapest.

Service desk/Help desk - Dutch or German 1st level and 2nd level IT Helpdesk. This is an ideal role for the Dutch or German speaker to deliver outstanding customer service by understanding users in IT and business needs.

The responsibilities of the 1st level and 2nd level IT Helpdesk Agent are the following:

Provide first level call and email support to customer's PC, including software and hardware related issues.

Assign unsolved calls to the appropriate IT teams.

Instruct users on ICT processes

Translation of end user communications to English in case necessary
