Service Management Officer

One of our leading clients is looking for a Service Management Officer for a 9-12 month contract within the banking industry. The ideal start date is 23rd April 2018. Interviews are currently taking place, so kindly send in out CV to apply.

The Service Management Officer will be responsible for;

  • Control of Incident solutions for all public cloud incidents that are processed by the DEV-OPS teams (Time to restore service (MTTR performance)
  • Ensure that, if applicable, public cloud incidents are timely communicated to the dissolution groups in the non-public cloud environment and vice versa
  • Control of problem solving for all outstanding public cloud problems in connection with public cloud incidents
  • Quality control on performing changes and ensuring that the relevant change management process is followed by the DEV-OPS teams
  • ITIL Operational Process Management
  • Collaboration with Vendors
  • The client has started to offer services based on cloud services. The bank has set up a Guardian function, including operational monitoring and control
