In P6 to report on the Engineering resource capacity on all current projects and track the daily/weekly deliverables required of OTR Engineering.
Using the info stated above; to support the ORT Engineering management team in reviewing Bid schedules. This is to make decisions on project schedule detail acceptance - can we make the date with the resources we have.
To report the "On Time Delivery" of the OTR Eng. Department.
To help review Technology schedules and assist with co-ordinating changes to the schedule.
