Description
This large financial client is looking for a Middleware Engineer/Web Platform Engineer for a 12 month contract. On site work is a must for the first 3 months of the contract; some flexibility may be given after this.
You will be working within the Build team and alongside the Application team on a Security Solutions project. You will be integrating applications, building out components (that have already been designed) and troubleshooting as to how the applications work with the infrastructure that is in place. This will be in JBoss, WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache & WebSeal.
As this is a Security Solutions project, you will be working with Secure Sockets Layer so experience within this would be ideal, however the company will be happy with any exposure to SSL.
It is vital you have experience with JBoss/WebSphere and any Load Balancer (F5 or Netscaler preferred). Working within Middleware within banking/financial/operations would be ideal.
This is fantastic opportunity for someone with JBoss/WebSphere experience to work within Security Solutions.
