Description
IT System Administrator required for ongoing support activities.
Candidates will need to perform the following -
Role and Responsibility:
- Provide end user desk support, customer facing and technical support through mails, voice and other ticketing tools.
- Preparing inventory reports, managing IT assets in accordance with company standards and policies
- Follow ISO standards and organisation guidelines
- Open & Closure of IT Tickets with in SLA and other project related activities as instructed by management
- Provide Desktop/Laptop security including Antivirus & patch management compliance
- Provide support for end user devices such as tablets and smartphone configurations for enterprise mobility
- Provide support to remote users through voice and other remote support tools for troubleshooting
- Provide support server room, network related activities as instructed
Candidates should have min 2 years experience handling and supporting users at large enterprise service companies. Good client facing and technical supporting skills are required. Candidates with French Speaking Language skills are required.
