An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Desktop Support Engineer to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices in Lyon, France.
You should have experience with the following areas:
*Desktop Services including Printers (standalone and MFD), desktops (network connected and standalone machines connected to specialized factory equipment's), laptops, Scanners & Multifunction devices
*Support for all Data Centers and Local Server Rooms
*VDI devices and thin clients
*Handheld computing hardware devices and associated system software (ie, smartphones and tablets,)
*IP telephones and peripherals
*Hands and feet support for analog phones
*Support for Video Conferencing & Webcasting
*Support for Audio conferencing endpoint devices
*Support for Video conferencing endpoint devices
*Support for Projectors
*Any necessary control panels, remote controls or other accessories for conferencing endpoint devices and projectors
*Any cables necessary for connecting End User devices to meeting room devices/accessories
*Hardware Refresh Support
