Executive Assistant wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Working experience in Office Assistance with proficiency in Office tools
- Flexible and enthusiastic person with can-do attitude
- Open to entrepreneurial and fast pace work style
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing calendar, scheduling meetings and travels
- Supporting HR process in particular scheduling recruiting interviews
- Ensuring professional communication with external clients and stakeholders
- Organising and minute regular team and client meetings
