Executive Assistant wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Working experience in Office Assistance with proficiency in Office tools
  • Flexible and enthusiastic person with can-do attitude
  • Open to entrepreneurial and fast pace work style
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Managing calendar, scheduling meetings and travels
  • Supporting HR process in particular scheduling recruiting interviews
  • Ensuring professional communication with external clients and stakeholders
  • Organising and minute regular team and client meetings
