Overview
A Functional Leader is required for a Pan-European implementation of PeopleSoft HR 9.2.
Description of deliverables
- Understand companies HR Vision, strategy & principles and how they relate to the platform, helping them frame the Rollout approach.
- Support the adoption of and transition to the new harmonised processes.
- Work with suppliers to ensure designs are robust.
- Help define project approach for PeopleSoft Pan-E rollout.
- Become the Soft HR functional leader for PeopleSoft Pan-E rollout.
Experience
- Experienced with PeopleSoft HR implementations (Essential)
- Experienced guiding companies for the adoption and transition to the new harmonised processes (Essential)
- Experience in PeopleSoft Security (Desirable)
- Familiarity with automotive environment (Desirable)
- Experience in working with Offshore teams, multi national, multi site. (Desirable)
