Your tasks:
- Providing administrative support for the respective leaders and their teams including being responsible for the administrative coordination of events, workshops, conferences, meetings and for updates of the department Touchpoint and Intranet site
- Responsible of internal communications in English and German for newsletters, success stories, goal achievement summaries, intranet articles and Q&A documents for specific projects
- Serving as a communications consultant to the site Leadership team and helping to drive the function’s business priorities and providing ghost-writing services as needed
- Preparation of presentations for the site
Your qualifications
- You have a commercial diploma or university degree in business administration and communication
- Working experience and practical experience in a similar position in a similarly complex company
- Capable of handling various demands and responding effectively to requests under pressure
- Very good MS office and IT Skills such as Touchpoint and Google
- Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken) is required
