Linux/DevOps engineer - Financial industry- Detavast (freelance/Permanent)
Our clint in Amsterdam is currently looking for a Linux engineer who is experienced with troubleshooting of Java based applications. Initially, this will be a contract position with a duration of 5.5 months, after this period you will be hired as a permanent employer. Therefore, it is important that candidates should take this into account before applying for this position.
The clinet is looking for a team player that is responsible, results-driven and problem solver. Are you that person?
The ideal candidate
- More than 5 years of experience with Linux
- Experienced in automated deployment and configuration
- Familiar with application administration/troubleshooting (Springboot/tomcat)
- Good knowledge in Scripting python/bash
- Experienced with either Logstack, ElesticSearch or Kibana
- Good knowledge of Ansible
- Familiar with Agile/scrum
The job
- Monitoring and supporting production environment
- Participate in projects from development to deployment into production
- Troubleshooting and solving incidents
- Automate installations
- Checking monitor alarms, diagnosing the symptoms, analysing the root causes and making preventive plans
