Our client a leading worldwide brand is looking for an experienced IT Service Manager for an initial 6-12 month contract based onsite in Brussels. Fluency in both Dutch & English is required, French speaking will also be advantageous.
Requirements:
* Expert in ITIL Change Management, Release Management and Risk Management discipline
* Strong knowledge of international standards for software asset management
* Close integration with change and configuration management principles
* Fluent in spoken and written Dutch & English
* Perform in a very complex, multinational and multicultural environment often across multiple time zones.
* Strong in identifying, analysing, managing and monitoring relationships with and between stakeholders.
