Support Analyst IT wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Profound IT background with experience in working in a fast-paced international environment
- Know-how of Databases, Certificates Management, LDAP and AD, Security knowledge as an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with knowledge in planning and implementation to meet deadlines
- Good organisational and communication skills with a detail orientated and structured work style
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Maintaining the preparation and rollout of OTP and Legic Smartcard pre personalisation
- Issuing of legacy DTP Smartcards and SecurePass cards
- Supporting users with SmartCard and certificate issues
- Conducting daily Post service and printer maintenance
