Description
- Implement customer Firewall and DNS requests.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to fix incidents or problems (during business hours and during standby).
- Create and solve change and problem tickets
- Provisioning and maintaining security services
- Live Cycle Management: Manage software and hardware upgrades/patches.
- Security & Compliance
- Operational capacity management
- Maintain relationship with stakeholders and vendors
- Maintain operational support procedures
- Maintain CMDB
- Run usage reports
Knowledge and required experience
- Knowlegde & Experience with Security products (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Threat Prevention, VPN's, Access Control)
- Knowlegde & Experience with Networking (Routing/Switching, DNS/DHCP, NTP)
- Knowlegde & Experience with IPv4, IPv6, IPsec.
- Experience with products like Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Juniper, Radware, TippingPoint, Cisco ACS, Infoblox is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with API Scripting is a plus
- English writing and speaking at minimum level B1-intermediate certified
