ConSol Partners' client is a leading artificial intelligence company looking for 3 Service Desk Engineers (NATO security clearance is Needed) on a 6 month extendable contract in Brussels, Belgium.

Job title: Service Desk Engineer (NATO security clearance is Needed)
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Length: 6 month extendable contract
Technical Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience in the deployment of end-user mobile devices/phones/laptops on a medium computer network. Should have experience with iOS and Windows mobile devices/laptops.
- Practical experience as a system administrator preferably with an emphasis on the roll-out and administration of mobile devices
- Familiar with Service Desk applications and procedures for incident, problem, and change management.
- Be able to assist in the documentation of troubleshooting guides and How-To Guides for mobile devices for distribution to support staff and users.
- In addition to at least 2 years of practical experience as a system administrator preferably with an emphasis on the administration of mobile devices, will be required to demonstrate: Experience with Mobile Iron, Windows Mobile Device Center or other Mobile Device Management software.
- Experience in deploying iOS devices and Windows devices.
- Experience with Virtual Private Networks and VPN Clients.
