- Role: Storage & Back Up System Administrator
Location: Strasbourg
Rate: €250 - €300 per day (depending on experience)
Job Type: Contract
Our client, one of the world's foremost Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Storage & Back Up System Administrator to join their client in Strasbourg, France.
This contract will run initially until the end of 2018 (with the option to extend) and will be based full time in Strasbourg.
This role will only pay for the days that you work.
The main responsibilities will include being responsible to maintain the back up/storage infrastructure, escalate incidents internally or to 3 rd party partners when required and acknowledge, troubleshoot and resolve tickets that are assigned to the team in a correct way.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Proven working experience as technical team lead or supervisor;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Organizational and time-management skills;
- Decision-making skills;
- Experience with ticketing system;
- Basic knowledge of Technical Infrastructure (Network, Operating Systems (HP/UX, RedHat, VMware, ESX) Storage & backup;
