Ideal candidate must have:
* Experience working in OSS Service assurance domain in areas of Network Planning & Monitoring, Performance & Fault Monitoring and Workflow solutions
* Knowledge of any of the below COTS products
-Infovista, ENIQ, HP Openview, Jupiter, Netflow Security Monitoring, Netflow Security Monitoring, NetMRI, NetScout, Polystar Osix, Kalix, SNMPc, TeMIP
* Technology - Asp.NET, C#, JavaScript,
MS ISS, Tomcat Apache, SQL, Shellscript, Perl, Bash, Linux/UNIX, HTML, Angular, SOAP/REST, JASON, PHP
* Database - PostgreSQL, Sybase IQ, MS SQL, Maria DB, ignite, Oracle
Job description:
Application Operations activities including Monitoring and Batch job execution
* Level 2 and Level 3 Support for the applications in scope during normal business hours and on-call support in non-business hours
* Responding to incidents and provide resolution
* Perform in-depth Analysis of Incidents/problems to identify Root cause and Permanent Fixes
* Application development acitivities from design, coding, testing, till deployment
Language requirement: English, Swedish- good to have
