ServiceNow Configuration Manager
We are looking for a resource who can work closely with stakeholders and provide direction to a 4 person offshore ServiceNow Support team for an enterprise organization. This will be a SME for the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database that focuses on the Infrastructure landscape for an industry leader. You must be highly competent with ServiceNow and offer skills to install, configure and customize ServiceNow solutions. You will also help integrate the solution with existing systems and third party solutions, processes and procedures while maintaining current SLA's. You will advise on best practices and work with ITIL SME's internally.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree
- 4+ years of Configuration Management
- Experience designing, deploying, configuring, implementing, administering and supporting ServiceNow
- Experience with CMDB or Asset Management Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
