Dear All,we are currently searching for an expierenced Data Archiving & Decommissioning Architect (m/f).
Tasks:
• The responsible resource is expected to perform analysis of the legacy environments and implement an archiving and decommissioning strategy using various strategic parameters such as volume, value, compliance, retention policies, and risks. This involves the extraction of the data from the archived applications and the set-up of the corresponding data retrieval process and interfaces
• Identify business requirements related to archiving & decommissioning in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct application archiving analysis, including setting up and leading workshops and meetings
• Support the test teams and if required facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on archived data with the business
• Own and manage the build of all the in scope data migration test and production interfaces
• Support during different stages of the project and carry out tasks like define archiving scope, create Functional and Technical Archiving design, plan data retrieval test, Data Extraction, Data Retrieval
Requirements:
• Successfully completed academic studies or a comparable education
• Experiences in different areas / from several changes of perspective
• Several years of relevant professional experience in archiving & decommissioning
• Excellent working knowledge of archiving & decommissioning processes, design, planning, documentation and scheduling skills
• Proven experience with large-scale archiving & decommissioning projects, from planning to execution
• Knowledge of legal and compliance archiving regulations
• Very good English skills, fluency in German is required
