Languages: ENGLISH and FRENCH (bilingual)
Skills and Experience:
- At least 4 years' experience in unified communications environments.
- Proven field experience in Cisco UC solutions:
- Communications Manager
- IMP/Jabber
- Video (VCS/Expressway/CMS)
- UCCX
- CUBE
- Experience in any following area will be considered as an advantage:
- Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business
- API and Scripting languages
- Voice recording (ASC, NICE)
- EMM (Airwatch, Mobile Iron)
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP Collab, MCSA/MCSE Productivity are also an advantage.
Description of work:
- Design, plan and implement basic-to-complex Collaboration environments in projects for clients of all sizes.
- Ensure that hardware and software components are installed, configured, integrated and tested accordingly to client requirements and beyond.
- Maintain and operate complex infrastructures.
- Own and perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting.
- Actively look for innovation and digital transformation of clients.
- Propose and contribute to improvements as a trusted advisor for clients, but also in internal initiatives.
- Support the Solutions and Presales team with your technical expertise and experience feedbacks.
- Interact and co-operate with vendors.
