Customer Communications Activation Manager required for one of our major clients based in central London
Role
The successful candidate will deploy test and learn direct to consumer marketing communications campaigns, supporting the roadmap to build the capability for CVM across the banking areas of the business.
Skills required
Marketing communications direct response campaigns delivery (email, direct, mobile)
Knowledge of FCA and GDPR regulations as they associate to marketing communications
Desired skills
Experience of delivering customer communications ideally in the retail banking sector
Experience working with Marketing Cloud
