Description
You will work as a Senior IT Infrastructure Transition / Outsourcing Manager for an international top brand.Our client is in a global IT Transformation to shift from a decentralized IT landscape / mgt to a leveraged global IT landscape. One major program is the Infrastructure Transformation to transform local IT Data Centers, Server Rooms, Workplaces, Applications, User Help Desk into a central mature set up. TCS was contracted by our client to run the Infrastructure Transformation and is in lead for the “end end” program.
Major interface to TCS Program Director and Regional / Local IT to prepare sign off and run migrations of Data Center, Workplaces, Networks
Leading on interims base the clients IT HQ team for related areas like Network, Data Center Operations, Workplace, User Help Desk
Driving a risk free migration process
Communication on activities to related IT and business stakeholders
Reporting line to the clients overall Infrastructure Transformation Program Lead
Anforderungen:
Technical Skills of Data Center technology (e.g. Citrix), Network, Helpdesk, Workplace
Experiences in other related activities / complex global migration and change programs
Established experience, communication skills, leadership skills for leading complex global IT Infrastructure project
being able to travel
English fluent is must, any other language is a plus
