The global well known clients are currently looking for a Change Manager/Analyst to start ASAP on a contract basis in Luxembourg.
As the Change Analyst you will manage change request, delivering on time and within the agreed budget. The Change Analyst will gather requirements from client; determine solutions with client and internal stakeholders support the testing activity and implementation of the change.
Change Analyst Required Skills
Experience gathering client requirements and creates high level requirements document
Expertise Working with business, technology and product stakeholders to determine a robust solution that is in line with the company objectives
Create business requirements document and validate solution with the business stakeholders and the client
Experience producing risk assessments to ensure no increased risk for the company as a result of the change and to determine if change mitigates any known risks
Experience gathering effort estimates from business & technology stakeholders to determine cost to develop and implement the change
Knowledge of Administration and Custody services & products
Proficient in the use of MS Office
