Your Tasks
- Local tool set up: Local interfaces; Explain needs and specs to local IT team and third parties involved (DMS editors, marketing agencies, data providers etc) Explain and get buy in on planning. Follow up and assure timing is respected. Actively clarify any open points and questions
- Data: Data sources are identified during the assessment workshops (not a SPOC task) SPOC to ensure data can be collected in the right format, in time, from all the different sources Data format to be provided by the central data team (not a SPOC task)
- In case of any issues respecting this in time: highlight the issue, define counter action and realise them. Translation: Coordinate planning and timing of translation of the specific fields in Salesforce Translate specific fields and pursue local validation before send back for integration in the tool Make sure the target architecture, business processes and set-up are understood by the local team
- Make sure the project roll out planning is respected: Know in detail the roll out plan as defined by the central roll out team Make sure this detailed planning is understood and known by the local team and potential third parties locally. Actively ensure understanding. Actively ensure follow up that key project milestones are achieved in time Identify potential blockers locally, highlight them and define counter actions
- Meetings: Participate in all assessment workshops Participate in all weekly CoOp Participate in all monthly CoPil Participate in bi-weekly calls of the central training team (ATOS) with the local training team
- UAT: Set up of local activities in UAT: identify who does what, when, assure that everybody is aware and available Train the key users for the UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Organise training sessions if necessary. During the UAT: coordinate and support execution of the actual testing activities
- Training: Assure understanding of the training set up and what is provided by the central training team Assure the local training is set up in line with this Actively highlight any issues and define counter actions
- Local coordination and support to the local team: Actively involve all relevant stakeholders where necessary, work transversally
