Description
Our client based in The Hague, Netherlands is urgently looking for a Security Systems Engineer to work within the SOC team.
Activities include:
Management and maintenance of SOC applications in the following areas:
Application backups
Maintenance of certificates/PKI
Installation and updates of applications
User management - Scripting and automating SOC platforms
Design and organization of a generic health monitoring system on the SOC systems
Job requirements:
3 years Minimum 3 years' experience with Linux operating systems such as Red Hat and CentOS
2 years' experience with IP network protocols and technologies
2 years' experience with server hardware
2 years' experience with Shell-Scripting Bash, AWK
2 years' Experience with testing the safety and stability of (network) systems.
Beneficial:
Knowledge in the field of techniques such as Puppet, Jenkins, Docker or Ansible
Knowledge and experience with configuration management tools (puppet, git)
Knowledge and experience with monitoring products (Nagios) is an advantage.
Experience with management of SIEM and log management solutions
