JOB SUMMARY
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity located in Plano, TX. The Sr. HRIS Analyst plays a key role in the development, implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for HR department planning and activities. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and work flow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes and to improve data management and efficiency. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will maintain and develop custom reports to meet the requirements of HR management and staff, and ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools. The Sr HRIS Analyst will establish and maintain security and integrity controls, and train and provide troubleshooting tips to other HR members and management on features and functionality of HRIS systems and applications as needed. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will work with payroll to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions, audit ADP feed against carrier reporting, and may serve as HR department liaison to IT function.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
7+ years' experience with the following skill sets:
- Maintaining various HRIS programs and tools
- Must have ADP and Taleo experience
- Microsoft Excel super user (VLOOKUP, pivots, databases)
- Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, trouble-shooting and time-management skills
- Demonstrated experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Possess a positive, service oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues
- Foresees potential challenges and comes prepared with solutions to solve variety of problems
PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED)
- Reporting from ADP and systems implementation
- Payroll experience
- Multi-site service/hospitality type organization experience
