Description
As SAP HR consultant, you will need to analyze the current SAP HR system and how the integration with the new HRIS will be established using a Middleware.
The candidate must be able to deliver the following:
- AS-IS description
- TO-BE improvements of the current SAP HR implementation to be able to integrate with the new HRIS + detailed estimation of total man-days
- Requirements for the integration with the new HRIS + detailed estimation of the total man-days
The goal for our client is to have an insight on the total cost of an interface between the HRIS and the current SAP HR system they have.
Profile description
Knowledge of SAP HR is required
Knowledge of SAP PI Integration is required
Knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
Knowledge of API (Application Programming Interface)
Knowledge of different HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors, CornerStone, ) is a plus
We are looking for a senior profile (at least 10 years SAP relevant experience) that has proven skills on the integration in the HR domain.
Other requirements
Bilingual (Dutch/French) and English for documentation
Good communication skills
Team player
Good technical documentation skills
