Due to unprecedented client demand, a market leading data analytic team within a Big 4 Management consultancy is now looking to expand their practice further. They are looking for high calibre and ambitious data focused professionals with a proven track record of involvement in innovative and impactful change within tier 1 organisations.
You will need to have experience with the following;
- Must be qualified through the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.
- Checking customer's credit situation
- Deciding whether or not to offer the credit
- Setting up the terms and conditions of the receivable and payable balances
- Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiating re-payment plans
- Assist in the setting up of the credit control system
- Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
- Meet cash & debtor day targets set by the Firm
- Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
