Tradefloor Support Technician - 12 Contract - Frankfurt
Tradefloor Support Technician required by a market leading bank, for an initial 12 month contract based in Frankfurt. The successful Tradefloor Support Technician will have experience in the banking sector and have supported a trading floor in a lead role. The Tradefloor Support Technician will support all Financial Markets business products and infrastructures (desktop, dealer telephony, transactional systems & market data).
Purpose & responsibilities of the role:
- Provide technical support for all users within Financial Markets.
- Technical project delivery
- Assisting with managing vendors
- Assisting with upgrades or implementations to current Windows operations systems
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years experience supporting and managing trading floor IT support
- Strong knowledge of financial systems eg Trader voice, EBS
- Market Data experience
- Strong knowledge of Dealer Voice systems and intercom systems
- Highly experienced with SCCM and AD
- Good knowledge with Client Server technologies eg Citrix
