As Ireland's Pharmaceutical presence continues to grow, so does our global biopharmaceutical client. We are looking for a Project Engineer to become part of their growing global presence.
Located in Munster, merely a 15-minute drive from the nearest international airport, Cork cements itself as a hub of pharmaceutical activity. With the historic city of Cork only a stone's throw away, this one of a kind new build facility will be used to host a range of products to treat ultra-rare disease as well as several award-winning projects.
They are looking for a Project Engineer to work on new retrofit project onsite to increase their production capacity.
What will be required of you:
- The client is ideally looking for someone who has previous experience working on Media Prep/upstream equipment and/or Clean Utilities Systems.
- You will need to have bulk drug substance experience.
- Previous experience of managing sub-contractors.
- Previous experience from design through to hand over of small-scale site projects would be essential.
- The successful engineer will have a degree in chemical engineering or biochemical engineering.
You will be responsible for overseeing the design company; ensuring site safety & managing the programme of work from demolition, to installation, commissioning and qualification.
