Title: Server Technician
Location: Columbia, SC
Job Type: Long Term Contract
Daily Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for 1st level server operations to include but not limited to:
- Monitoring of various server infrastructure components/logs
- Taking action upon these monitoring alerts through desk procedures
- Troubleshooting server component failures
- Coordinating and facilitating after hours cross team engagements
- Engaging and escalating to engineers when needed
Required Skills:
- Technical experience with network, server or other job related IT experience (Required, 1 year)
- Computer Science background or previous related technical experience (Required)
