Description
SAP Test Coordinator:
The Test Coordinating Consultant will be responsible for the full testing cycle by identifying project requirements, defining the strategy, obtaining Management buy in and support, executing the testing strategy, and delivering results on schedule.
Job Description:
- Understand testing effort by analyzing the requirements of Project
- Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing
- Organize the testing meetings (Daily Standup, Wrap up, Defect Management etc)
- Define the testing Strategy
- Understand and have ability to articulate differences between various testing (ie Unit/String, Integration, Regression etc.)
- Identify Testing Training requirements (Technical and Soft skills)
- Develop test plan for tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan
- Arrange Hardware and software (HPALM, Panaya) requirement for Testing
- Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents/artifacts is documented and maintained
- Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
- Check and Review Test Scenarios/Case documents
- Keep track of new requirements/change in requirements of the Project
- Escalate issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to PMO
- Organize status meetings and send regular Status Reports
- Attend regular client call and inform client with status update
- Track and prepare report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
- Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Customer service and support mindset, ideally with prior customer support/service experience
- Significant SAP technology solution experience, ideally SAP Retail, including requirements, implementations, testing, etc.
- Strong organizational skills
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight Deadlines
- Exposure to multiple project implementations
- Minimum of 5 years prior work experience in a SAP Test Coordinating consulting capacity
The project requires candidates to speak FLUENT ENGLISH ESSENTIAL.
Candidates who also speak FLUENT ITALIAN will be at an advantage.
Candidates must be eligible to work full time in London, UK - The customer will not sponsor applicants.
