For our client, an online price comparison provider we are looking for a - System/Network Administrator - Fluent French (m/f) on a freelance basis for Paris (Levallois)

Our client has recently acquired an online Web-Portal firm in Paris and requires a System/Network Administrator to help move all the running services from the French data centre to the one in Germany.
Main Tasks:
- Manage and maintain the current Data Centre and begin preparations for transfer to Germany.
- Firewall Management, Web System support, general network knowhow
- Renewal Firewall & Load Balancer
- Manage the migration alongside other Network Admin
- Support in remote set up of new machines in Germany.
- Support application managers in the choice and implementation of new Data Centre
Requirements:
- Professional experience as a System/Network Administrator
- Usage and implementation of FreeDBS to set-up local mini-system jails.
- Deep technical knowledge of network and server operating systems
- Deep technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards
- Data Centre experience
- Experience with: Cisco Switches/Routers, c3/c7 Firewalling, load balancer, filer, Proxy, Nagios etc
- Beneficial: Able to understand and work with Linux OS
- Beneficial: Coding knowledge in Bash/Perl
Languages:
Written and spoken French and English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in French and English
