Job Title: Senior Financial Planner
Location: Liverpool
Daily Rate: £415 Per Day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension
Key Accountabilities:
To develop, monitor and report on Financial Planning models and processes
Lead work with the business to develop and maintain the mid-term financial plan for the organisation
Support reporting of the impact of changes on the financial plan to the Senior Management Team, Board and other key stakeholders
Lead the development and monitoring of product costing methodologies
Support the development and approval of fee proposals and strategies
Develop and monitor benefit realisation plans with the business to ensure that resources are clearly identified and a strategy/plan for realising benefits are identified and clear
Develop, monitor and implement the Financial Planning Framework throughout the organisation
Ensure that the organisation achieves maximum benefit from its resources, ensuring the right balance between economy, efficiency and effectiveness
Knowledge and Experience:
Knowledge and experience of Financial Modelling techniques
Advanced excel capability is essential
Activity Based Costing experience preferred
Experience of utilising Smartview would be an advantage
Knowledge of Finance systems and processes
Experience of accounting for intangible fixed asset developments (including completion of impairment reviews)
Ability to work flexibly and respond positively to changing business needs
