My global client is looking for an expert Personnel Assistant, someone who to provide solid PA and administrative support to the Director of Client Engagement and the Director of Capacity Demand Management, acting as representative, proactively managing, prioritising, actioning, eliminating and re-directing all organisational and administrational aspects for the two directors.

Location - Rickmansworth
Duration - 6 months
Rate - £125

To support the Director of Client Engagement and the Director of Capacity Demand Management - managing their time. Have an appreciation and understanding of their needs, ensuring full support is provided at all times. The job holder will need to exercise the highest levels of discretion & confidentiality at all times.
The job holder will be required to build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts.
Build an understanding of the Director of Client Engagement and the Director of Capacity Demand Management function and the operation within.
This role requires the post holder to complete the following tasks:
Complex diary management of the Director of Client Engagement and the Director of Capacity Demand Management timetables - to organise schedules for key activities, proactively manage the diary; schedule and prioritise meetings; ensuring obligations are met and ensure supporting papers are available 24 hours prior to meetings/events. Provide detailed schedule of activity in advance, particularly when out of the office for prolonged periods of time. Ensure preparation and administration time is allowed for.
Provide support to the Director of Client Engagement and the Director of Capacity Demand Management with various business tasks/activities/projects as required.
Screen all incoming correspondence with particular reference to diary management.
Correspond with internal & external customers as needs dictate, providing high level of accurate work for internal and external viewing
