Description
My client is currently looking for an SAP CRM consultant to join a 3 month project in Belgium.
The ideal candidate will have immediate availability as well as experience in the following areas:
Languages:
- English is a must
- Dutch would be ideal
Experience
- Experience in in business analysis in complex environments
- Experience in SAP CRM implementation project in the following domains
- o CRM service request management
- o CRM Interaction Center (focus IS/U), shared service centers of ITSM
- Experience in customer engagement through process externalization in an web portal
Consultancy Skills
- Good business acumen, able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP
- Strong analytical/conceptual way of thinking: focus on down to earth, fit for purpose solutions & able to conduct client-facing workshops and translate business requirements in solutions
SAP CRM skills
- Senior/Expert knowledge of SAP CRM (configuration in transactions & UI layer) - CRM service request management - CRM Interaction Center (focus IS/U), shared service centers of ITSM
- Senior knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware principles
Other skills
On top of the SAP CRM skills the following knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge of CRM operational reporting
- Knowledge ISU/SAP CS/PM
- Technical knowledge of webportals (Webforms, authentication, navigiation, HTML5, CSS, )
- Technical knowledge (SAP CRM technical possibilities, SAP Cloud Portal, UI5/Fiori & oData)
