Description

We are looking for an IT Service manager for a long-term assignment to work for one of the leading banks in Amsterdam.

We are looking for a service manager who can do the creation and harmonization of the ITIL processes in the global business and IT organisations and be involved in the rollout of the processes. You will Manages Services to support, recover and improve the operational performance as well as steering the SLM process on a tactical level, to improve the efficiency in IT Services towards business and IT.

  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 and IT (delivery) processes
  • Experience with designing and implementing process improvements
  • Knowledge of and experience in producing SLAs, OLAs
  • Experience in structuring and organizing of SLR meetings and creating the Service Level reports and MI-reports
