Network Engineer - CCNP Limerick
I am working with a Multinational Software company who urgently require a CCNP Network Engineer for a 12-month contract. As a Senior Cisco Network Engineer you will be incredibly technical and very hands on. In this role you will be required to present, consult and deliver solutions to various stakeholders about their network setup.
Qualifications & Experience
- Cisco CCIE and ITIL certifications
- Knowledge of technical and design considerations of wireless products, (Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Access Points) and Firewall products (Cisco ASA)
- A positive and motivated 'hands on' attitude
- A passion to develop and grow on a personal level
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed time and task management skills
- The ability to prioritize business-critical tasks.
Candidates must have:
- Implement agreed detailed designs in a professional and risk adverse approach
- Able to design, configure and implement network solutions including Cisco Switches, Routers, wireless devices and Firewalls is essential
- Be a main contact for any network and security enquiries
- Assist in any planned upgrades, outages, network hazards and permits to work when necessary
- Support the infrastructure team when needed
