Description
NextLink is a Swiss IT consultancy company that has been providing IT services and IT staffing to our multinational customers for the past 20 years.
Must have:
- BS level technical degree required; Computer Science or Math background preferred; MS degree desired
- Highly technical and analytical, possessing 10 or more years of IT implementation experience
- Advanced understanding of foundational architectural concepts (design, business technology, strategy, quality management, human dynamics, and IT environment).
- Subject matter expert in cloud technologies and proficient in multiple service areas and technologies.
- Customer facing skills to represent IT well within the customer's environment and drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation
- Integration of cloud services/environment with hands on expertise in technologies from Microsoft, PTC Windchill, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP etc.
- Experience within Active Directory connections
- Experience within troubleshooting and documentation
- Willingness to be a team player and work toward pragmatic solutions aligned with IT Strategies
Nice to have:
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (eg. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.)
- Travel to business locations may be required to participate in project meetings and deliver professional services as needed
- Stakeholder Management - Business & External partners
- Ability to write and update technical project to documentation as-required
- Previous experience with PTC software products and/or Windchill is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to write and update technical project to documentation as-required
- Previous experience building solutions and driving automation and efficiencies through solutions.
