Job description:
In its capacity of support the service provider is led to help the managers of exploitation in their daily work to know:
Maintain the operability of the DCN Service:
o Perform the current operations necessary for the proper functioning of its Service according to procedures and in compliance with SLA/OLA and costs per unit of work
o Detect incidents, develop a diagnosis, implement a Level 2 or 3 resolution or escalate to the next level (Level 1 representing service monitoring)
o Feed the incident database
o Be responsible for the tools specific to the Department: use the tools and check their proper operation
o Apply operational processes (Business Continuity Plan, Capacity planning, change, configurations, obsolescence...)
o Implement the IS security policy as part of the transversal management of its activity
o Implement the operational design (detailed architecture file and detailed design specifications) of its service
o Contribute to the Maintenance in Operational Conditions (MCO)
o Ensure the proper functioning of the Services when moving, or moving to a new site, IT resources.
Manage systems and documentation:
o Develop or ensure the updating of technical documentation
o Provide service description and SLA/OLA elements for the different contributions (service agreement, service catalogue, marketing and sales support)
o Administer and optimize the bases of the computer systems and equipment of the production center
o Produce the Capacity Planning or ensure its production by an outsourcing manager.
