Senior Service Desk Support Agent
One of my leading Dutch financials clients is looking for a Senior Service Desk Support Agent for an initial 4 month contract in Heerlen which is likely to be further extended based on performance.
Essential Skills and experience:
* Minimum MBO diploma with MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
* Relevant work experience with regard to BMC Control-M Workload/Digital Business Automation.
* Advantage (s): experience with Axway Managed File Transfer Solutions, XebiaLabs XL Deploy,
Agile Scrum/Kanban, PowerShell Scripting.
* Windows 2016 migrations.
* Properties: have the will power, assertiveness to achieve results, empathic ability
* Dutch and business English language skills both essential.
As a Senior Service Desk Support Agent, your daily activities whilst not limited to, will include:
Supporting the operational management and batch processes of my client's Asset
Management.
You will be acting as Captain-of-the-Day of the production management team, you coordinate
for this, among other things, the Control-M alerts, incidents and requests from Service Now and guard you our Central Mailbox eg on requested actions from our data port.
A possible commitment to one or more challenging Control-M projects, for example
for unsafe transfer jobs and Windows 2016 migrations, belongs to the later stage
opportunities.
