Interim IT Software Procurement Analyst
Role Purpose: To manage the organisations IT Software Asset Management processes for Procurement and Contracts.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the Procurement and Contractual management elements of the Software Asset Management function.
- Own the end to end Procurement process.
- Maintain a Contracts database for all Software Licensing.
- Support the management of Software Licensing.
- Manage a Contracts/Licensing Renewal Calendar.
Person Specification:
- Solid background in IT ideally with experience gained working in large and complex organisations.
- Strong experience of managing Software Licences.
- Experience of working alongside Vendors
- Experience of ITIL methodologies.
- Solid understanding of finance processes (purchase orders and invoicing).
