Interim IT Software Procurement Analyst

Role Purpose: To manage the organisations IT Software Asset Management processes for Procurement and Contracts.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the Procurement and Contractual management elements of the Software Asset Management function.
  • Own the end to end Procurement process.
  • Maintain a Contracts database for all Software Licensing.
  • Support the management of Software Licensing.
  • Manage a Contracts/Licensing Renewal Calendar.

Person Specification:

  • Solid background in IT ideally with experience gained working in large and complex organisations.
  • Strong experience of managing Software Licences.
  • Experience of working alongside Vendors
  • Experience of ITIL methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of finance processes (purchase orders and invoicing).
